No wonder the SP was going down just before close

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15s2FMVIaPM Apparently somebody was lowering the SP just before close so that he could sell the ETF at a higher price the next morning. Heard he got burnt on Friday with his little scam. I dought he will do it again. Maybe now we will see the SP on CXXI go up like it should.
