They have not started the spur road from the whati side, and I would assume that to be a significant announcement if they have. 

given that the entire Right of way in the TliCho road has been cleared and major bridges in place, they do not have to wait to the completion of the TliCho Road to start the spur road to FT. 

if you recall they were doing some work on a road from the mine site and encountered additional copper   Deposit or increased deposit and I am unsure if they advanced any thing from that point on.
