my theroy is someone who didn't get the free shares is trying to make up for it by buting the FSX shares cheap

Some possibilities ....

1. Tax loss selling season is in full swing at the moment, quite a few FSX shares were bought in the $3.50 to $5.00 range earlier in the summer months ...

2.. Parties are selling to pay for their particpation in the twice  inceased Leviathan financing....

3.  People have received their LVX shares and are lightening up on their FSX shares now, alot of people had shares from $1.10 range in the first raise back in April. Year end rebalncing of portfolio holdings ....

4. Funds for Christmas shopping , second semester college / university tuition fees, the wife wants a new car, hubby wants new boat, any number of reasons ...
