Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:If you want to stick with the sector

RE:RE:If you want to stick with the sector I guess a simpler strategy would be for WEED to make a run for Aphria rather than build a bottling plant. That would push APHA way above $20.

Of course one can argue if APHA drops it may drag the entire sector down, but my base case has been Aphria will need to do an offering pretty soon while Canopy doesn't. Plus, the chart of WEED looks more bullish than the APHA chart which def looks toppy. If you don't think this sector-wide rally is done and want to stay in the sector, WEED would be a better bet IMO.
