Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Aphria SweetWater w ol yeller, Hop Hash, G13 & Trainwreck Hey Dave, apologies for asking might be construed as a dumb question. But does Sweetwater actually make THC drinks or just cannabis flavoured? I really didn't understand some of the NR, embarrassingly. And if they do make THC drinks, how is Aphria allowed to own them? (Nasdaq prohibition). And how could Sweetwater export these to Canada if they're THC infused as US federally they can't legally?
Or are they just flavoured?
Sorry for dumb question!
