RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Potential HunchYep, like your optimism on Tesla. I'm a big fan. I'm currently on the pre-order list for the cybertruck.
At this point, I'll be relieved with final permits and a reasonable financing deal. The recent PP left a bad taste in my mouth. It's completely illogical unless there is a current need for cash for operations that they didn't disclose in the last conf call (after confirming that capex was going to be normal for 2021). Which makes me think that something new (and not good) has come up. Otherwise, as everyone has already pointed out, why do the pp prior to Florence permits being issued? I'm not a fan of current management, but I never took them for being completely stupid. So until we get some clarity on that, there's going to be a cloud.
At any rate, and on a positive note, I've been following the recent Florence elections. Looks like they've got a solid majority in place who want to end the litigation, so that's encouraging.
On another frustrating note, I noticed that Russ and Brian were granted in the money options a few weeks ago. 450k for Russ, 100k for Brian. I haven't checked their annual compensation in many years. Maybe they are way underpaid and the options are a bargain. But I doubt it . . . .
