OK this is weird is something in the works

OK this is weird is something in the worksAlright something is going on.  Looks like someone just bought around 8,000 shares at $1.44.  In theory this should go back down to pre-special dividend price but it didn't.  My question is why?  Someone plucked down roughly $12,000 to fill at $1.44.  Makes me wonder if this was an insider or someone knows something in terms of something in the works.  Any thoughts out there?  Cheers Charlie.
