Re listening to the 11/17 Zoom PresentationI am just reiterating what the company rep is saying. You can choose to believer or not.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UiuQAcaA85g
1. Florence is not priced into market cap in their opinion.
2. JV in Florence should be "somewhere between 10 and 20%, maybe just a little higher"
3. Talks with JV partners are quite advanced.
4. Financing package should be complete in Q1 of 2021.
5. Might add some debt to complete capex.
6. Might sell a royalty or stream. Since no byproducts, that would be copper. "small stream". (they better be careful, lawsuits loom if the misrepresent. Lawyers are standing by).
7. PP was about detailed engineering costs over the next six months, operating expenses for Florence over the next six months, and a defense against copper retreat in price because of Covid. If copper remains high, the cash will go to capex on Florence. (40 minute mark).
8. 15 month build out for Florence. Want to phase in production to generate cash sooner.
Wish I would have purchased more on the day this published.
