Its primary focus is on the scalable and repeatable condensate rich Montney formation in the Alberta Deep Basin (Wapiti Montney). Its core operating areas of Wapiti and Pipestone in the Montney formation are located near the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta, approximately 600 kilometers northwest of Calgary. Its Montney Formation is a shale gas and shale oil resource. The Montney formation in the Wapiti area is a thick (200m+) section of hydrocarbon-charted fine-grained reservoir found at depths ranging from 2,500-3,500m.

RE:RE:4-1 , 1.10 Nuvista share. Paramount can not make the decision on with NVA should liquidate. It is the ineptness of the managment put NVA in this position. 

The managements inability to put the banks at ease regarding their investment in NVA has lead to a destruction of share holder values, and two cuts to their bank lines. 

I think NVA is a great asset and should be in the hands of a management team with skin in the game, not the NVA management team.
