Good evening old dog. We should keep in mind also that short selling is commonly used by whoever to control the price . The" Boyz" short sell often to further their nefarious purposes and they have no problem with naked short selling if it furthers their agenda. In my view short selling is poorly regulated if at all , especially on the Vulture exchange.
