This is bizarre

This is bizarre Now there's a new (? kind of) company which has taken the name "Kainantu Resources" ... it's formerly a $0.03-$0.04 stock called PLB Capital, which "completed its acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Kainantu Resources Ltd. in exchange for the issuance of an aggregate of 20 million common shares of the company" ...

"the company issued an aggregate of 20 million company shares to the founding holders of common shares of Kainantu on the basis of one company share for each Kainantu share at a deemed price of 20 cents per Kainantu share. In addition, the company will issue an aggregate of five million deferred company shares to the founding holders of Kainantu shares, pro rata"

Don't confuse "Kainantu" with the lease K92 sits on:  it refers to the District.  It turns out that Kainantu (the K92 wannabe) has some property NE of K92, and somewhat to the SW of K92.

The major strike trend of the existing mines is primarily NW and SE of K92, but we do have to concede that there seems to be a lot of mineralization in PNG, so who the heck knows, eh?

Just kind of caught my attention, since they are obviously banking on the K92's success as a selling point.  K92 has attracted "closeology" from 1/2 a world away  :)
