Agreed; HOWEVER, one may not want to overlook the value proposition of:
1. A loomoig...NGC contract
2. COHO connection.. Q1 2021
3. Testing of three "world class" discoveries,
4. Other deliverables, seismic (reduced from Ortoire Bid terms & conditions, Block expansion POTENTIAL discussed at/on an archived Zoom PI conference).
5. Decision (re 4 for 4) of a dynamic James S. team (meaning all previously announced decisions/sequencing are subject to change) to "re step-out drill" the 4 of 4 discoveries in order to advance production sequencing.
6. Major steps in for TO opportunity.
6. Royston ... maybe (a carrot?)
BWDIK? In TO's timinig is not everything, it is the ONLY thing. Let me be very clear. In TT you "mamaguy" your host with the prospect of replacing OWTU jobs lost as a result of the PaP refinery closure....nothing more... nothing less. The LaBrea dry dock is a brilliant job "replacement" strategy; however TT needs TXP in the interim.
Who is sitting with an "idle" on-shore plant closer to Cedar Grove than Sando now that Carpal is taken?
Besides Royston in not a fish! And while the Trini version of Wolf Fish is not "politically correct" the locals might get a kick out TXP so naming one of the "gang of 20/21".
As the calypso goes, "..... if a razor blade falls it could pass below". LOL
Need some "Thumb's Ups" to break 69!
GLTAL-GLAP
Cheers
