Without getting into too much detail Delta 9 and CWS have had a relationship now. Delta 9 was the first Cannabis co to receive a loan by CWS

Aegis Brand has been racking up accounts payable to a point of no return and is on the brink of claiming bankruptcy. This is a senior secured loan is secured by all the assets of Aegis. Once bankruptcy filings happen CWS has first dibs to liquidate assets of second cup in order to reclaim their 4 mill loan.

They will facilitate a deal to Delta 9 for all the cannabis assets IMO. The rest of the coffee business.. I have no idea.
