CyBin Acquisition So did Cybin actually just manage to buy a company with multiple patents and years of intellectual property for 6million shares?? Then an additional 6m shares “IF” they meet expectations..?? Sounds like a crazy deal and a good way to insure the team works their toushies off to get this thing done!! Opinions?? Did I miss something??
