Company name?

Anyone know if Kontrol is going to change their name? I thought I heard at some point that they would go from Kontrol Energy Corp. to Kontrol Technology Corp. But maybe it doesn't matter, rebranding maybe would have better done before announcing to the world that you are finally open for business.
