KNR said" Initial contracts include sales with Kontrol customers and non-exclusive distribution and an exclusive distribution agreement with United Safety.

The Non-Exclusive Distribution is new, it wasn't part of the Dec 1, and Dec 3, 2020 Pressrelease.
That could explain the new distribution partner.
