im trying to get back in but I believe there will be a market correction before Xmas.  Hard to know with governments pumping so much cash and a slew of generational new investors.
Dosperros opinion on industry would also be welcome feedback.  Everyone in industry just says these lumber companies are printing cash, sure but home builders have to be willing to pay premium at 700$ Per board feet.  Insurance claims from fires,hurricanes and also remodeling 20yr homes should solidify that I would think.
