Saphos90..its the perceived value of the statement that is important. What possible company secret is achieved by NOT releasing the actual size/ $$$ value of this shipment??? On the other part of your post....do you understand the meaning of L.O l.???...in terms of value opposed to a signed contract??? In the investment community, one is a "10" if it includes details such as terms, timing, and most importantly....$$$$. The L.O.I., in legal terms is not much more than a casual conversation that two or more entities have agreed has happened. I personally would like as a shareholder, to have concrete details not suggestions. Cheers S7
