It's a stock that is trading in the 8 cent range, not a multi national with global hooks round the world.

Just some smuck trying to keep the price lower so that he can get as much as he can under the 10 cent mark....get what you can under 10 cents...and if it gets to 95 cents in quick order you have your 10 bagger.....chances are they also get out before the next short report as well.


Just tthe volume tells you everyone is on the side lines.....16 trades today....!!!!!!! People are waiting for News.
