It also allows you to be even riskier, by increasing your leverage considerably - should you feel so inclined.
I do wonder what the volume on these warrants will be. My guess is they're going to be extremely volatile; my recommendation would be to steer clear of them, unless, as I mentioned, your goal is to enter at a lower up-front cost.
