RE:RE:RE:Ridiculous.. Wow just got off the phone with CIBC and was told much the same thing except at least you were given time frames. Me no way I'm escalating this higher.
I can buy more but can't sell unless I phone in and wait 2 or 3 hours. Total bs.
Been with them for over 30 years, the last 3 are the worst no customer service what so ever They like to use " I'm sorry " lots which drives me nuts. Whew that felt better

Called them last week to find out the status of my shares, fsxlf and Lvx. at that time my account showed no positions at all. They directed me to the history tab, where ir did show that they were :processing: the spinout. Said it should take a day or two, definately by end of last week they say.
Called back this morning, as no change was made from last week except that my history now does not even show any sort of "processing" completed.
Stayed on the phone literally for 3 hours, 3 different people. Finally the lady says she found out it was a back office issue, and supposed to be corrected today or tomorrow.
What kind of answer is that? back office issue, sounds greek to me. Just BS with these bankster types, skiming your money, skiming shares that they do not own.
Now I have at least two days to see if their "back room" actually gives me my shares back, and the spinout shares.
