Ok so I was sent a follow up email from BCSC: Good afternoon, Further to our email below, our Corporate Finance division has reviewed material the company has filed on SEDAR, and noted that the companys shareholders approved, at the last AGM, payments to shareholders within 24 months of the closing of the transaction. Payments to shareholders are to be made as soon as practicable, but within 24 months. Since the transaction closed November 8, 2020, payments are to be made to shareholders by November 8, 2022.
