Which studies were cited in the article...?
Oh, oh... anecdotal claims "from Tennessee"?
What, you got a cuzzin Bubba cookin' up some quercetin up in his still an' he gonna cure up that ol' Covid?
Holy hoppin' jeepers, am I tired of the idiocy these "ain't-even-never-seed-a-science-book" hicks down south are importing into Canada!
Oh, and BTW, we should be getting further updates on TLT's Phase2 soon! (Before Xmas is my best guess!) GLTA!
Quercetin is a well-known ionophore for Zinc & has indisputably demonstrated viricidal activity preclinically. The problem is, there has yet to be one sound clinical trial on quercetin completed to date, & only a handful exist & are recruiting worldwide. Interestingly, there are currently "zero" trial sites in the US or Canada from what I can tell. Big Pharma + no profit = no interest. Where's the academic interest? Imo, see aforementioned.
The jury may still be out on quercetin, but it's a shame the established preclinical promise hasn't warranted more clinical study imo. Thankfully, the promise of TLD 1433 continues to grow.
