We Have 2 Meetings on December 30th!!!An Annual General Meeting and a "Special Meeting", read the information circular on Sedar.com

Last year the notice in the exact same font and format read Annual General Meeting only.  The "Special Meeting" likely involves a proposal of sorts, just my guess!!! Yippeekaieh!
