RE:RE:No incentiveYou should not ask this question Monty, you know better. Buying back high would certainly deplete all '"investors earning" and leave the coffers empty. That would definitely look bad on the company  and  the price would plummet. As for the shorts, you are looking at long term short or perma-bears. That would not show the day to day monkeying around with the Day traders, shorts, etc., who cover on a daily basis and keep the stock price down. Due to the low liquidity, this stock is easy to manipulate and drive every body nuts. Look at the daily graphs day in and day out; it is  very obvious what the shorts are doing. And do not expect this shorting to show on the Can Insider.
