He's being wishful. NR or not though, I expect this to go up a bit in the near term and consolidate at higher lows. Dec 15/16 is what you want to keep an eye out for; feds FOMC meeting. Whatever outlooks and strategies they talk about will impact POG, and my bet is more stimulation and hence good news for POG and SIC.
