RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:John Proctor I agree with you Jermo, if John Proctor was to buy shares based on being pressured that worse than not owning any in a company you've been CEO of for 3 years. It's like opening the door for you wife or girlfriend after she asks you to, certain things you should just know.
If I'm Mr. Proctor I would just man up and gracefully walk away. The squandered marketing opportunities, overseeing the assemblence joke of a sales team, no pride of ownership, no growth in organic revenue to even speak of and little to no SP appreciation in 2.5 years. Although he is probably a nice person he is not the magnetic personality needed to bring some attention to this stock and the horses have mostly left the barn. The final straw last week was the news letter, if you don't know where you went wrong with that Mr. Proctor than there is no hope for you in any position on the team.
I'm starting to wonder if the hesitation to replace him is partially in the fact that Bruce's ego may be severely bruised as he brought Proctor in to replace him and it has been an obvious miss step.
I'm sorry but the show is over for Proctor, the sooner they drop the curtain on that act the better we will all be. If Bruce would give us 5-6 appearances at investor presentations and media spots as well as appear to be engaged publicly we just might be able to increase the SP enough to attract larger investors and possibly do a merger or too which could attract more attention and kick start something. We just need a few months Bruce, you owe us nothing but I get the feeling it would restore our faith in the person many of us believe you to be!
I'm signing off till the new year as this situation with Martello is killing my Christmas spirit and the belief that people do better when they know better. If I was at par I would dump my 1.5 million shares faster than Martello should have dumped Proctor!
Happy Holidays to all, I will wish for a Christmas miracle for all of us here.
Cheers!
