The properties are externally managed, administered and operated by Melcor Developments Ltd. (Melcor).

No buy-out

No buy-outThe parent company had its board meeting and nothing came out of it. Melcor does not have to buy out the remaining shares and especially not at a premium. I doubt Firm Capital will sue. REITs got clobbered by COVID and that's not Melcor's fault.
