let's check...how good was their DD on the scam outfit that offered to buy Input?
That scam allowed some to pocket a quick profit

will Mr Market bite again?

now the latest "deal" is to use shareholder $$$ to  buy a Co run by CEO.

How effective was spending shareholder $$$ buying shares in....Input? Paid up to $1.60 ea if my memory is correct, for shares that were worth 1/3 of that afterwards
if this was a Hedge Fund...all would of been fired long ago

IMHO a huge waste of $$$ and "returning capital to shareholders" Unless you factor in the takeover scam that blew up as part of the P L A N
