RE:RE:News release explains one thing......So what's the alternative? If they continue to get approached with investors willing to give them $1m at a time or more in the future, why wouldn't they do it? Especially, given the running room they have from a shares out perspective.  I invite you to go look at most of the Cannabis companies share structures, especially ACB and you'll quickly realize this 'dilution' of shareholders is petty in comparison to some of the other cash grabs we have seen that in the end offer no value and end with massive write downs.  

If these guys can use the money to build up the flexibility to do any form factor of beverage, why not do these? Please this is a serious question.
