It also owns and operates a chain of retail stores under the Delta 9 Cannabis Store brand. It is focused on producing and selling cannabis oils, extracts, and derivative products.

Revenues are real. The biological asset changes is where numbers are being skewed. The changes effect gross profits. Delta 9 has been effective growing top-line. Net income (cash flow positive) is only positive because of borrowings from debentures and credit facilities.

The cash is used for working capital - salaries, operations not expansion.
