RE:RE:RE:RE:News release explains one thing......I would wait and see if BEV is successful in closing their PP with significant funding, as it is one thing to propose a financing (which is what they have done) and another thing to be successful in raising cash.
Btw, looking at BEV's financials at the end of Sept 2020, they have a grand total of $49,000 cash! *Gulp*.
It is quite amazing that they are looking for financing at a +25% premium from the current share price at time of offering for 10 million units. You will note in the offering that there is no minimal amount required when financing is deemed closed.
Good for them if they can pull this off, in light of the fact of the gut wrenching cost to Tinley's Market Cap every time we seek a relatively small amount of financing.
