For those of you private messaging me, yes, I was actually on the call. It was me, Zurn, Anderson, a court reporter and a shareholder from CSTI. I had to introduce myself and am a part of the court record now. At the end of the call, Judge Zurn said she was going to sign the release order!

A critical Solutions stockholder was on the call with me

I actually asked the judge myself to clarify if the release for STHC would be granted and she said yes. You don't have to believe me, it will not change the outcome.
Just wait and see for yourself, then :)

To that point, I also spoke with the clerk asking when the docket reports are usually updated and she said not impossible for it to be same day but sometimes takes a day or two if they are backlogged.

To your point, Judge Zurn was very friendly with me. We had a quick conversation about my last name making sure I wasn't related to Mr. Berry in the beginning and at the end she asked if there was anything I would like to say.
and a press release from Synergy (the company that had orginally bought the shell to tidy it up and then re-sold to Ameca Mining)
"According to our Attorney Jeremy Anderson in Delaware the call today with the Vice Chancellor went well and the three open cases (STHC, CSLI, CLHI) will soon be closed out. We will update when we have received documentation of this."
