It is a really cheap hedge against future prices, and guarantees a product flow in the face of shortage. I would be a huge market advantage, especially for Florence since it produces cathode copper on site.
BTW. People don't mention it, but there is a railroad line 100 feet from the property line. I am sure they could get rail access easily from the site. That would be handy for shipping out heavy loads of metal.
