RE:RE:CIBCTrumpThis - CIBC has a target price of $6.00 on WCP.  TOG shares are now basically .57 of a WCP share, presuming the deal goes through.  TOG will trade in line with .57 times the WCP share price until the deal.  So the CIBC target price is simply .57 times $6.00 WCP target price.
