RE:Cobalt in medical industry

RE:Cobalt in medical industryArticle describes Cobalt-60, which is an isotope created via specialized nuclear treatment. This is not ordinary commercial grade cobalt.

I know 6 retail investors sitting at the 6 cent bid who have not been filled for 2 days. Equally confounding is the world price for cobalt. It is going nowhere. The DRC needs the money desperately and will not off its nose to spite its face. That might be enough to explain the current low Cobalt price but cobaltgot to 40+$/lb in 2018. Does the market believe the price will never go back to $40$/lb? or $30/lb.

Question: What is buried at FT's NICO depositt? Why did this company go silent after developing a mine 1998/9 (without a all season road) and has done nothing for 20 years to advance it or sell it. FT spent 100 million in developing the project. Why does the CEO invoke comparison with an 'Olympic dam' (google this) suggesting the FT's NICO  'geophysical anomaly' has a potential that will dwarf the 40 thousand tons of Cobalt and 1 million oz of gold?

ARCTOS with enormous future potential has disppeared. Management will not even discuss it. Or provide any details how it was hoodwinked into buying a 120 yr old narrow vein silver mine in Colorado that exploded in the shareholders' face within a year and rippped their heads off and diluted total shares outstanding 3 fold.
