Reducing the number of shares traded would also make the stock less liquid and reduce the interested investor base. With possible US federal legalization on the horizon, we should see significant growth in the NAV as US cannabis companies are able to trade legally across the US. If Roger can capitalize and we get the NAV above 100M$ the institutional investors will buy the stock and elevate the share price to where it should be. I own a significant number of shares because I believe QCA could be a 10 bagger if the planets align. A well run merchant bank should make above average returns for funding pre-IPO startup companies.

Institiutions aren't going to touch a $ 11M market Cap company, regardless of it's NAV/sh.

First order of business for teh Company, as always, is to seek to improve the NAV/sh via savy transactions, financings, etc.  In other words, to drive the protfolio value from $ 30M to $ 40M to $ 50M +   (and that obviously that should be 90% of  Roger's focus) I have nothing to criticize here...especially since I beleive we are on the cusp of some nice returns in teh coming quarters.

Second order of business should be some promotion that will drive new investors into the stock so that its' SP is more reflective of the underlying NAV/sh.  Moreover, I would argue, there should be a solid premium (NOT a discount) for (1) consistentcy of ROI  (2) a regular dividend payout, (3) zero to low valued warrants which may very well juice returns, and (4) the positioning of the portfolio to capitlaize on an impending re-rating of the entire Cannabis sector south of the border.  Promoting these advantages, and highlighting the unwarranted severe discount, IMO, should be at least 10% of his focus.   Lately stock promotion seems to be a non existent activity of Mgt....and as a shareholder in QCA, I find that very dissapointing.

Driving up the value of the portfoliio and paying a dividend is commendable. Driving up the value of the share price is ultimately why we are all here.
