Pieridae Energy Limited is a Canadian energy company. The Company is an upstream producer and midstream custom processor of natural gas, natural gas liquids, condensate, and sulphur from the Canadian Foothills and adjacent areas in Alberta and in northeast British Columbia (BC). RE:do you think they will has the financing for this project ?Pretty words below. But think about what they mean. Before FID there will be spending on engineering analyses for pipeline expansions (construction) along the Montreal to Portland leg of supplying Goldboro. Those expansions right now are desktop concepts.  Sometime after the FID there would be an intial appication for this construction to regulators in Canada, Quebec, and the US. It would probably take a year just to get the aplications in. The regulatory process for Canada has changed enormously. Quebec has never been friendly to pielines and will cede noting to federal jusisdition. And FERC in the US is no tame kittycat- it has not been even under Trump
