RE:RE:No buy-outNow............if a 3rd party were to make a bid for Melcor REIT at something close or proximate to NAV then I think certainly shareholders would have an Oppression claim or a derivative action claim against the Melcor REIT Trustees.

As it is,   I am not sure Firm Capital has a good claim.      Is Melcor REIT an Alberta Corporation or a Canada Corp?     There may be some differences in Corporate law between the two types of incorporation domiclies,   and or REIT  being a TRUST,  is slightly different than a Corporation.
Maybe there is something in the TRUST docs that would give FIRM CAPITAL a basis for the claim.
