Its portfolio of properties is located across Canada in various cities, which include Coast Home Centre in Edmonton; Kingsview Market in Airdrie; Birks Building in Edmonton; Capilano Centre in Edmonton; Crowfoot Business Centre in Calgary; Parliament Place in Regina, Melton Building in Alberta, and others. The properties are externally managed, administered and operated by Melcor Developments Ltd. (Melcor).

Took advantage of the onslaught todayAnd bought a few for 4.82. Havent bought any for a long time but having posters on the board inspired me. Cheers. I'm just going to throw my 2 cents into the ring, quite frankly I think firm capital is stepping out of line a bit, this is not the time for that letter, if they wanted to send that they should have waited imo. We still have a good monthly dividend and let's get over this hurdle and see where the price lands before getting excited, fcd hasnt exactly been a thorobred itself the last 7 years.
