Michel Timperio is gone from Neptune. With his departure all the old management are now gone. He lasted longer than I thought. Camarrata has a game plan and he is not sharing it for now. Kraftz deal,  $100 million in purchase order, recent share offering at US$2.16 which was done is a short time and then US$40 million creadit facility . I don't think he would have been able to achieve those without letting the institutional investors involved know what is to come...

Not to mention both Camarrata and Moretz buying a large number of shares recently.
It would be interesting to see if major investors and investment houses have been buying during recent sell off.  We shall see...
