RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Q4 Financials OutGanndolph, Glad to see your back. Im feeling good about the future prospects of Orvanas share price moving up as they create more value in the distant future 12 mths out with the production decision on the OPC, possible Taguas and possibly some more production ounces as they prove up more resources/mine life ounces. I am not however seeing a justification for a $1 ORV share price anytime soon with even $2000 Au and $3.50Cu
In 2012 -13 coming off record gold prices, valuations were much higher than they are now for the sector as a whole. Currently the sector is lagging the price of gold probably due to uncertantys and the avg cash flow being held back by the last 2 quarters of covid negatives.
December presentation is up and I see no new information over and above the continued 60AuEq and $1500-1600 AISC guidance for 2020. Realising this current 1st Q should be better than last Q420 due to higher price of AuCu plus the elimination of the hedges, I can see where the market should be awakend to the future production and cash generation potential of Orvana.
So while I see ORV as being somewhat undervalued currently as we wait for the future developments. I do not see what could possibly justify $136Million Market Cap and $1/Share near term?
