RE:Xebec Announces Upsize of Previously Announced Bought Deal

In addition to the general headwinds from the general market, this 25% upsizing of the bought deal is what I think held the stock back today. No worries I see it as an opportunity to lose some weak hands that are more interested in making cents/share vs $/share but admit that I was surprised by the upsizing given the large amount of capital already raised at $5.80. Let's see how well they put the extra money to use. Will need to watch for profit taking when the 4-6 mos lockups come off. Not suggesting that all new SH are going to dump and run but certainly some are going to take cash off the table especially if general economy starts to go sideways in Q1.

Still expecting a bounce up in the coming days.
