OES. Inc is one of the two manufacturers that should produce 10,000 units a month each.

In the video provided with the link, Jeff Steward CEO. OES inc, at the 2:09 time said " We have been able to bring back employees laid off because of the covid-19 crisis, to help out with the engenering and the pre-production of these units, and as we ramp up and produce the forecast that KNR is talking about, not only will we be able to call back everybody but many more.

Question?
When Jeff Steward said " We will hire many more employees" , does that mean that OES Inc expect before long to produce the anticipated 10,000 units a month?
