RE:RE:RE:The Congo is in big trouble. From Cobal news ..... https://news.yahoo.com/road-renewables-runs-mining-100028115.html

T
his is a very interesting read with good points and takeaways, somewhat focused on the China syndrome in relation to electrification metals supply issues but lays bare the fact that there is a serious supply issue and cobalt is in that club.

Our thinking that the DRC has or potentially will have issues is not dreamed up and is coupled with the China geopolitical situation and adds to the volatile situation surounding colbalt supplies.

when I read things like governments scrambling to seek alternate sources I do have to ask if there is more going on in end user boardrooms and government offices, than we know. Our problem is if there is something going on why is the cobalt and FT where it is? What is the catalyst to nudge this situation to go from the board rooms to the mining industry.... by all accounts it should be coming to all cobalts outside of the DRC and China. It's a mystery, but also should be viewed as an opportunity but yet little activity to any of the cobalts I am in and follow.

the only world wide variable I can see today is covid ....( but coupled in with political situation in DRC and trade issues with China that are not going away) and that situation will be comming to some control as vaccines come on board, it's complicated and not just about FT but all cobalts. Is a Big Bang coming? If what we have to read today means anything I can't see how it's not. FT's day is coming.
