RE:RE:RE:Siskinds newsTypically, publicly traded companies are insured for these type of lawsuits. An extension to the base D&O policy needs to be suscribed. If insured, impact on financials is limited to the deductible amount. Since the risk of shareholders class-action lawsuits is significant, most publicly traded companies buy the coverage. Let's hope RHT management bought it. GLTA
