As I see it. Fury is the problem they wont sell their share of Eleonore South at a reasonable price and wont give SOI fair price for Cheechoo With both properties together you would have 5 to 6 million OZ and a huge open pit mine. Newmont is in no hury to develope Eleonore South and the same for Fury . DD is caught in between. DD has two choices Spin Cheechoo out and sell to the Highest bidder between Fury and Newmont . Move on and look some where else. Or Spin out Cheechoo Joint venture with Fury Newmont and AZM to form a consortium with SOI holding 45 % of the combined assets. 45% 6 million OZ is still better than nothing.
