RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Siskinds newsNot one to argue on these boards but coverage is available. Worked for a listed company for 10 years that had the coverage. It is "side C" to the D&O policy. Side C protects publicly traded companies from claims against the entity itself which include shareholder class actions.Very standard. It is not that expensive considering the risks involved. There are some exclusions but the coverage is usually fairly broad and includes legal fees. There is always a deductible. You can research it. The question here is did RHT buy the side C coverage?
