16 for 1 share consolidation coming

16 for 1 share consolidation comingnext week.  So, we'll end up with a very tight share count when we list on NASDAQ.  That said, please have a look at the list of warrants to be exercised over the coming months.  Yes, of course, the number of warrants will be rolled back to reflect the share consolidation, nevertheless, we will see a large warrant over-hang (possibly a stock option over-hang too).  Nothing wrong or sinister about that, just something to be aware of as part of the financial landscape
