Interesting but Out of Cash

Company is probably on the cusp of a major business breakout to the upside but his somewhat short of cash right now. Management compensation does not appear unreasonable - it really appears that management is trying more than ever to get some momentum behind the services and products they sell and the time is now but needs some cash - ANYONE HAVE ANYTHING FROM AN ANALYSIS POINT OF VIEW TO ADD? I would like to buy some stock in this company but need more constructive and useful feedback........
